When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and sent within 5 - 7 working days. Post usually arrives within a few days after being shipped but time frame will depend of the post office. For any orders needed ASAP please contact us and we will try accommodate your order if it is possible for us to do so.
What are your shipping options?
All postage is with An Post regular post. All orders under 500g are sent via standard an post. Anything over 500g or bulky will be sent through tracked An Post shipping for €7. Postage will be calculated by weight at the check out.
Alternatively you can choose Tracked Postage via An Post at a flat fee of €7
We also offer UK Shipping. We travel up to Northern Ireland weekly to ship with Royal Mail at UK shipping costs and delivery. Any orders placed on or before Wednesday will be shipped on the Monday, weekly, unless during holiday seasons which can affect this slightly, but all up to date info will be on our Facebook group ‘‘Isabella’s Craft Supplies’’. Postage is calculated by weight at checkout, if the package is bulky then there might be a slight increase in shipping costs but i will contact you about this. Packages are posted with Tracked 48 and signature which has insurance covering £150 value. If you need tracked 24 with signature then please message me before ordering. I am no longer sending UK packages without tracked and signature.

If you do not see what you are looking for please contact us and we will do our best to help. We are constantly adding new stock to the site and looking for new product ranges.
I forgot to add something to my order?
Should you forget to add something to your order or need to add to your order before you receive your dispatch confirmation please contact us with your order number. If we have not processed your order then you can place another order like normal but before checking out you will need to add the ‘‘Add to order’’ listing, costing €1, in the main menu to cover the fees of a new order, check out as usual but use code ‘‘ADDON1’’ to remove shipping costs. If your shipping costs are higher than what you have paid in the first order then i will be in contact for the remaining shipping costs.
What is your returns policy?
On all custom orders such as personalised goods there is no returns. This is due to the custom nature of the items which can not be resold by us.
All other orders: should you not be happy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue. Returns can be accepted if the item is in the original condition and is returned at the cost of the sender. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Loss of Package
If package has not arrived after 28 days then we can go down the route of claiming if possible from the post office but only on orders that were tracked, there is nothing we can do on orders untracked unfortunately. We advise always tracking orders.
